National Service Bureau has a full Student Loan division in which the collection team works solely with our college and university clients. Our goal is to be an extension of your organization, to service your students, and support your existing programs. 

We fill a unique niche in collections because we work differently with student borrowers than we would with other consumers who owe our clients money. The balance between being sensitive and being effective is one we take on successfully. 

National Service Bureau will work with you to keep your Cohort default rate low or to help lower it. The Cohort default rate (released annually by the US Department of Education) is the percentage of a school's loan recipients who begin to repay certain loans in one fiscal year and then default on the same loan prior to the cessation of one or two fiscal years total.
