National Service Bureau has a full Student Loan division in which our collector team solely works with our college and university clients. Our goal is to be an extension of your organization to service your students and support your existing programs.

NSB will work with you to keep your Cohort default rate low or to help lower it. This is a unique niche in collections because we work differently with student borrowers than we would with other debtors who owe our clients money. The balance between being sensitive and being effective is one we take on successfully.
